Conduct in-depth comparison of life insurance, savings plans, ILAS, investment-linked and protection products across major insurers. Analyse product structures, return projections, cost components, risk features, and suitability for target client groups. Maintain and update the company’s internal Product Knowledge Base and competitive intelligence. Client Solution Design Structure customised product proposals for HNW (high net worth) and UHNW (ultra high net worth) clients. Prepare professional sales kits, pitch decks, proposal books, and financial illustrations. Convert client objectives into suitable insurance-investment structures (wealth protection, offshore trust integration, tax planning, liquidity planning). Roadshows & Presentation Prepare and deliver product roadshows, webinars, training sessions, and internal workshops. Support senior management with public presentations and partnership events. Translate complex product mechanics into simple, compelling messages. Client Engagement & Conversion Participate in large-client meetings, product walkthroughs, and portfolio discussions. Support Relationship Managers on client acquisition and closing strategies. Track client interest, follow-up actions, and conversion metrics. Cross-team Coordination Work closely with Sales, Compliance, Operations, and Marketing teams. Liaise with insurers on new product launches, underwriting updates, and product changes. Coordinate with internal training & regulatory teams on compliance materials. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Actuarial Science, Financial Engineering, or related disciplines. Strong preference for candidates with professional financial training. 2–3 years experience in brokerage, securities firm, private wealth, financial advisory, or insurance distribution. Exposure to investment products, insurance products, or wealth management is required. Experience working directly with sales, product teams, or HNW clients is a strong advantage. Strong financial analysis skills; able to interpret product illustrations and returns. Excellent presentation and communication skills (English, Mandarin preferred). Confident, articulate, professional presence in front of clients. Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, product comparison tools, IRR, and proposal building. Detail-oriented, fast learner, proactive team player.
