Senior Engineer, IT Security and Infrastructure (Asia) Lead and oversee regional IT infrastructure and security operations across Asia, ensuring high availability, scalability, and compliance. Drive cloud transformation initiatives, including Azure architecture design, deployment, optimization, and governance. Plan and manage infrastructure projects across multiple countries, including budgeting, resource allocation, and stakeholder coordination. Implement and manage AI‑driven IT operations and monitoring tools to enhance service reliability, automation, and predictive analytics. Lead DevOps initiatives to streamline deployment pipelines, CI/CD processes, and infrastructure automation. Collaborate with SOC and internal security teams to manage threat detection, incident response, and compliance reporting. Oversee vendor management and ensure SLA adherence for outsourced infrastructure, cloud services, and project delivery. Support strategic IT planning aligned with business expansion, including new office setups and regional standardization. Ensure consistent infrastructure standards, security policies, and operational procedures across all Asia offices. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to regional infrastructure and security teams. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure and security, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior engineering role. Proven experience in Azure cloud architecture, deployment, operations, and cost management. Hands‑on experience with AI‑driven IT management platforms and monitoring tools. Solid understanding of IT security governance, compliance frameworks, and incident response processes. Experience working with SOC teams and managing threat detection and response workflows. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 planning and administration, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune. Strong vendor management skills and experience negotiating SLAs and service contracts. Experience in supply chain or manufacturing environments is an advantage. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills. Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin. Willingness to travel as needed.
