We are a well-established property leasing, management and investment company located in Wanchai‑Admiralty area, now inviting an experienced candidate for the following post: Senior Leasing Officer Responsibilities Handle leasing & tenancy administration independently, maintain good tenant relations and liaise with operations on tenant projects Negotiate with tenants and property agents Responsible for handover & takeover of premises Liaise with interior designers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of premises for completion of renovation/ upgrade/ other premises work Prepare and maintain leasing database and report Requirements Diploma or above in Business Administration / Surveying / Property Management / Leasing / Real Estate At least 3 years' experience in high‑end residential / retail / office leasing, preferably gained from property developer / property agency Proficient in Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin Self‑motivated, aggressive, outgoing and have good connections with property agencies Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills and capable of working under pressure Candidate with less experience will be considered as Leasing Officer EAA license holder is an advantage We offer an attractive remuneration package and excellent career prospects to the right candidate.
