Presales Solution Specialist

We are looking for a Presales Solutions Architect – AI & Data with a strong background in AI technology and excellent business acumen. The role focuses on industry implementation and business value extraction of generative AI technology. You will work closely with the sales team to deeply understand customer needs, design innovative generative AI solutions, and drive the implementation of technical solutions. Excellent English communication skills are required to interact smoothly with international customers and teams. Responsibilities Customer Needs Analysis and Solution Design Communicate with customers to deeply understand their business needs and pain points, identifying application scenarios for generative AI (such as GPT, LLaMA, Stable Diffusion, etc.). Design customized generative AI solutions covering content generation, intelligent customer service, data analysis, creative design, and other scenarios. Presales Support and Customer Communication Assist the sales team with technical demonstrations, solution explanations, and customer inquiries to enhance customer trust in generative AI solutions. Adjust communication strategies for different customer roles (technical teams, business teams, management) to clearly convey technical value and business benefits. Business Value Extraction and Quantification Analyze how generative AI can improve efficiency, reduce costs, or create new revenue from the customer's business goals. Demonstrate the ROI of generative AI to customers through ROI analysis, efficiency improvement metrics, etc. Project Delivery Support and Upselling Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure the smooth implementation of generative AI solutions and provide technical support during the process. Identify potential customer needs during project execution and promote upselling or value‑added services. Market and Competitive Analysis Track the development trends of generative AI technology and market competition dynamics, providing strategic advice to the company. Explore new application scenarios for generative AI to drive customer business innovation. English Communication and International Collaboration Communicate efficiently with international customers and teams to ensure understanding and implementation of technical solutions. Participate in the writing of English technical documents, presentations, and meeting discussions. Qualifications Technical Background Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields. Familiarity with generative AI technologies (such as GPT, LLaMA, Stable Diffusion, etc.) and their application scenarios. Knowledge of mainstream AI tools and platforms (such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.). Industry Experience At least 3-5 years of presales, technical consulting, or solutions architecture experience in AI, big data, or software solutions. Experience in implementing generative AI in specific industries (such as finance, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, etc.). Business Acumen Ability to design generative AI solutions from customer business pain points and quantify their business value. Market analysis skills to identify potential business opportunities and drive upselling. Communication and Presentation Skills Excellent Chinese and English communication skills, able to effectively communicate with senior management, technical teams, and non‑technical personnel. Ability to write clear technical solutions, proposals, and presentation documents, and conduct professional customer presentations. Team Collaboration and Project Management Ability to work closely with sales and delivery teams to ensure the feasibility and implementation of technical solutions.
