Head of Store Project and Facilities Management Add expected salary to your profile for insights The incumbent is responsible for overall management of store development projects, as well as the facilities management of office, stores and warehouse. S/he will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all processes are consistent with timely delivery. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of retail store renovation, maintenance, and new opening projects from conception to completion. Oversee projects like store openings, remodels, and product launches, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. Responsibilities include project planning, budget management, resource coordination, risk mitigation, and communicating with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Be accountable for all project phases from initial conception to final delivery. Manage proper procurement process in compliance with the Group’s requirements. Manage technical support team in providing maintenance support to stores in a timely and cost-effective manner. Lead the team for continuous improvement and development. Perform ad-hoc projects as directed by the management. Requirements Degree holder in construction, building services, architecture, project management or related disciplines. At least 10 years of relevant retail and/or F&B experience. Experience in architectural and design programs such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D or equivalent. Able to communicate effectively across team and organization, lead and influence cross-functional departments. Strong team player, good in building professional relationships with external stakeholders. Able to meet tight deadline and agreed budget. Excellent project management skills, strong analytical skills and solution-driven. Open-minded with can-do attitude. Proficient in MS Office.
