We are seeking a highly skilled AI Manager/Engineer with strong banking domain expertise to drive the adoption of Generative AI (GenAI) and Machine Learning (ML) initiatives across the enterprise. This role will partner with diverse business teams to identify, design, and deploy AI use cases that deliver measurable business value, while ensuring scalability, compliance, and alignment with strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders across retail, corporate, and risk functions to identify and prioritize AI/ML opportunities. Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions (including GenAI applications) that address real-world banking challenges such as customer engagement, fraud detection, credit risk, and operational efficiency. Lead end-to-end AI project delivery , from proof-of-concept to production deployment, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with banking regulations. Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for model training, deployment, and monitoring. Establish best practices for MLOps, model governance, and lifecycle management in a regulated environment. Act as a bridge between technical teams and business leaders, translating complex AI concepts into actionable business insights. Provide project management leadership to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic priorities. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field. Proven experience in deploying AI/ML use cases within the banking or financial services sector. Strong understanding of banking processes, regulatory requirements, and risk management frameworks . Hands‑on expertise with GenAI frameworks (e.g., LLMs, transformers), ML algorithms, and data engineering pipelines . Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong project management skills , with experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing large‑scale initiatives. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Exposure to DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML.
