Senior Manager, Digital Banking & Digital Wealth Product (Bank) About the company Our client is a well-established retail banking group in Hong Kong. To cope with their business expansion, they are now looking for high caliber to join their Digital Banking & Digital Wealth Product team for a Senior Manager position. About the role Reporting to the Digital Banking Team Head, you are responsible for formulating digital banking strategies for online banking and mobile banking channels. You will develop innovative product, revamp projects and digital system upgrade to improve digital banking business performance. You have to manage digital journey for wealth products and work closely with Product, IT, Operation and Project teams in launching new product initiatives on digital platforms. You will perform related digital governance and regulatory measures to ensure smooth operation of digital channels. In addition, you are required to provide insights on new fintech development to achieve the effective launch of digital product solutions for the bank. To qualify, the successful individual must possess: Degree holder in Business Administration, digital development or other related disciplines. Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in digital banking development in retail banks with digital wealth product knowledge. Proven track record in managing end-to-end digital project life cycle and related system enhancement programs. Sound digital banking regulations and digital governance knowledge required. Strong business sense with good digital analytics skills. Innovative mind, good project management and multitasking. Proficient in spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
