(Senior) Leasing Manager – Mixed-Use Portfolio Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income across the portfolio. Identify and secure suitable tenants for retail, office, and residential spaces. Manage lease negotiations, renewals, and documentation in alignment with company policies. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and stakeholders. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform leasing decisions. Collaborate with asset management, marketing, and property management teams to enhance tenant mix and property positioning. Monitor leasing KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in lease documentation and property management systems. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
