For more information about the University, please visit We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Nursing and Health Sciences: Major Duties and Responsibilities The appointee will assist the Principal Investigator in the research project “Development and Feasibility Testing of the ‘MyGlucoCare’ Smartphone-Based Self-Management for Personalised Support of Women with Gestational Diabetes”. Key responsibilities include: Web-App Development: Designing, building, and testing the "MyGlucoCare" web-app to ensure it robustly delivers the three core intervention components. Technical Maintenance: Troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring data security, and maintaining the platform throughout the 10-month study period. Assisting in participants’ recruitment. Assisting in conducting interviews. Conducting literature review on relevant topics. Performing quantitative and qualitative data analysis. Providing research-related assistance. He/she will be normally assigned to work not more than 17 hours per week. Candidates The ideal candidate should possess the following: A recognized Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Nursing, Healthcare, Social Sciences, or a related discipline. Proficiency in web-app development and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with SPSS is a distinct advantage. A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. A strong sense of self-motivation and responsibility, with the ability to work independently.
