Drive initiatives to attract new customers and improve product adoption leveraging market insights, data analytics and emerging technologies if applicable Monitor key performance indicators as P&L owner and implement strategies to increase card usage, improve customer engagement and optimise deposit portfolio. Partner with Marketing team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, acquisition and usage campaigns and lifecycle management. Manage and develop end-to-end process and workflow in order to improve customer experience Review and provide updates to the applicable procedure manual, terms and conditions, and any other materials for deposit product in order to comply with the regulatory requirements Coordinate and work with Technology, Customer & Growth, Legal & Compliance team in order to execute business plans, new product launches and campaigns Prepare and present comprehensive reports, dashboards, trends and recommendations to senior management and committees.
