Responsibilities Responsible for the product work of APP/WEB side, with good product planning ability; Responsible for the complete process of user-side product functions, complete requirement analysis, scheme design, and coordinate resources to follow up on project implementation; Responsible for the product conversion of the user core path, and improve the overall product experience of the user side; Have a global user business perspective and be able to lead and grasp the product direction and rhythm; Understand and analyze industry trends, and have a certain insight into user scenarios; Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above with 3+ years of product management experience, from preferrably Crypto/ Fintech/ Internet (toC)/ ecommerce/ Tech space, with million level DAU. Proven track record in building and scaling user-facing campaign products as well as internal campaign systems. Experience in growth platforms, martech tools, or large-scale consumer engagement products is a strong plus. Strong ability to understand and empathize with the needs of marketing and operations teams, continuously enhancing campaign tools and user-facing experiences to drive higher user participation and engagement. Solid knowledge of campaign systems, marketing automation, and outreach workflows, with proven ability to manage business-critical products such as coupon systems, campaign management platforms, and task systems. Demonstrated expertise in system design and execution — capable of building campaign infrastructure, streamlining workflows, and improving operational efficiency to support high-frequency campaign launches at scale. Strong market insight and competitive analysis skills; proactive, execution-driven, and resourceful communicator with an innovative mindset and sharp product sense. Extensive cross-functional collaboration experience across marketing, operations, tech, and design teams, with the ability to translate growth objectives into scalable and effective campaign product solutions.
