Independently manage routine bunker and lubricant procurement for container liner operations. Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant supply of marine fuels and lubricants. Handle procurement of EU Allowances (EUA) and ensure compliance with related emissions regulations. Coordinate bunker supply nominations, delivery schedules and monitor supplier performance. Maintain accurate procurement documentation and ensure adherence to corporate policies. Proactively learn and adapt to industry developments and regulatory updates. Prioritize and respond promptly to urgent operational requests, including outside regular office hours when required. Job Requirements University graduate in Maritime, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field preferred. Minimum 5 years relevant bunker procurement experience. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Officer. Familiarity or strong interest in emission regulations such as CII (Carbon Intensity Indicator), EU ETS, IMO Net Zero Framework, and Fuel EU Maritime is a significant advantage. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Team player with good stakeholder engagement skills. Proactive, organized, and eager to learn new skills and systems. Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English. Proficient PC skills and MS Office.
