Responsibilities Develop and execute the company’s annual and long‑term e‑commerce strategy and business plan for the China market. Analyze market trends, consumer insights and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities. Plan, allocate and control the e‑commerce budget to maximize ROI. Oversee the operation of the e‑commerce business on major platforms (e.g., Ali, JD), including store decoration, product listing, inventory management, pricing and promotions. Lead strategic partnership negotiations with key platform partners to secure premium resources and marketing campaign support. Optimize user experience and the shopping journey to improve conversion rate, average order value and customer retention. Recruit, mentor and manage a high‑performing e‑commerce team covering operations, marketing and data analytics. Set clear team and individual performance goals (KPIs) and conduct regular reviews and coaching. Foster a positive and innovative team culture that motivates members to achieve excellence. Collaborate with ecosystem partners (incl. Tencent & Alipay) to establish an online innovative model to serve more patients. Ensure all online operations, marketing content and patient education materials fully comply with NMPA regulations and relevant laws. Act as the primary interface with Compliance, Legal and Medical Affairs to secure internal approvals for all e‑commerce activities. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, E‑commerce or a related field. MBA is preferred. Experience: A minimum of 8 years of e‑commerce related experience in renowned FMCG, pharmaceutical or medical device industries, with at least 3 years in a leadership role as E‑commerce Team Lead or equivalent senior management position. Working Experience Proven track record of success on major pharmaceutical e‑commerce platforms like Alibaba Health and JD Health, with established platform relationships. Deep understanding of the legal framework, policy environment and compliance requirements for pharmaceutical e‑commerce in China. Strategic thinking and business acumen: Ability to develop forward‑looking business strategies and translate them into executable plans. Leadership and influence: Excellent team leadership skills, capable of motivating and developing team members and effectively influencing cross‑functional partners. Analytical capability: Proficient in e‑commerce data analysis, using data to identify issues, drive decision‑making and evaluate performance. Excellent communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, effective in communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
