Responsibilities Ensure product designs and procedures are in compliance with all policies, rules, guidelines, requirements prescribed by regulators as well as the Bank Handle customer complaints for the Department and in compliance with all policies, rules, guidelines, requirements prescribed by regulators as well as the Bank Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures and measures to identify, assess, report, mitigate and monitor the risks involved in the day‑to‑day work Handle business recovery related tasks Ensure procedures are customer centric and comply with all policies, rules, guidelines, requirements prescribed by regulators as well as the Bank Conduct gap analyses to identify gaps between existing practices and new regulatory/internal requirements, and work with stakeholders to close the gaps Requirements Degree holder or above with major in Business Administration, Marketing or other related discipline; A minimum of 5 years’ experience in banking sector covering the following: Good understanding of banking operations and controls, and operational risk management, knowledge of investment sales compliance control is an advantage; Good knowledge of retail banking products and services, customer experience or product management is preferable; Independent, self‑motivated and detail‑oriented; Good analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills; Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese Personal data provided by job applicants will be used for recruitment purposes only and will be treated in accordance with the Bank's Personal Data Policy, which is available upon request.
