Plan and conduct end-to-end testing process on various systems, including test case design, data preparation, execution, and validation to ensure high-quality digital product delivery Act as the final quality gatekeeper, performing pre-release and pre-deployment checks to prevent defect leakage and ensure compliance with internal standards and industry regulations (e.g., ISO, GDPR) Define and monitor quality requirements for vendor deliverables, manage vendor SLAs, and provide actionable feedback to drive continuous improvement Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium), integrating them into CI/CD pipelines for efficient quality feedback loops. Proactively identify system risks, conduct exploratory and risk-based testing, and elevate critical issues to ensure rapid resolution Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all requirements have been translated into testable criteria and provide feedback on user experience and usability What you’ll need to succeed: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing/QA roles, with a proven track record in end-to-end testing activities (test design, execution, automation) in complex systems Experience in managing vendor quality and performance, including defining SLAs and reviewing test deliverables Proficiency in software testing methodologies, mobile automation frameworks (e.g., Appium, Selenium). Familiarity with Agile development environments and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines is a plus Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese Proactive, detail‑oriented, self‑motivated team player with strong problem‑solving, analytical and technical thinking skills Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Software QA Engineer What you need to do now: If you’re interested in this role, click “Apply Now ”.
