It emphasizes innovation and high-quality development to meet customers' diverse financial goals.Location: Cityplaza, Taikoo ShingNature: Renewable Contract (1 Year) Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Digital Innovation and Growth Manager role, focusing more on program coordination and data reporting. Job Description Lead and drive company-wide Generative AI (GenAI) initiatives, identifying strategic opportunities to integrate AI into core business processes. Establish and rigorously enforce data governance policies to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements within the life insurance sector. Implement critical data protection protocols, including anonymization techniques, robust access controls, and detailed audit trails. Explore and prototype cutting-edge AI-driven underwriting solutions, such as predictive risk modeling, automated decision-making systems, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) for medical record analysis. Collaborate effectively with Data Science, IT, and business teams to develop, deploy, and ensure AI models achieve measurable business impact. Stay current on emerging AI and GenAI trends and continuously assess their applicability and potential integration within the insurance sector. Assist in the formulation and execution of member management and communications strategies for digital programs. Conduct analysis on digital program usage and member behavioral trends to provide valuable insights. Manage the entire process for the procurement of vouchers and diligently maintain the member redemption store. Assist in the coordination and execution of offline/face-to-face member activities and events. Job Requirements A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a closely related quantitative field is required. A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in data governance, managing AI/Machine Learning (ML) projects, or conducting insurance analytics; life insurance experience is highly preferred. Candidates with 4 years of experience will be considered for the Assistant Manager role. Demonstrated, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage and effectively influence stakeholders at all organizational levels. Proven successful experience in delivering data products and managing the entire project lifecycle from conception through deployment. Strong, in-depth knowledge of data protection best practices, specifically within the financial services industry. Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills are essential for this role. Proficiency in Python programming is a strong advantage. Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is required. Must possess strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
