Have a deep understanding of industry technology development trends and be able to propose technical solutions that address product pain points and enhance technical competitiveness. Be able to lead the implementation of 3D modeling products to ensure the best competitiveness and industry-leading user experience. Business Acumen: Have a deep insight into the evolution trends of 3D modeling technology. Be able to focus on the commercial value in the 3D field, identify future business scenarios, and develop solutions accordingly to achieve commercial transformation and implementation. Open Innovation: Continuously integrate with the industry to build influence and authority. Break down organizational boundaries and collaborate with surrounding teams to propose joint innovations, achieving the overall optimal outcome. Professional knowledge Research and development in one (or more) of the projects below: Over 8 years of experience in the field of 3D modeling, with successful commercial applications; International perspective, with good interaction with industry experts in the 3D field. Highly sensitive to technology, with experience in leading teams to build industry‑leading competitiveness and creating value breakpoints; Able to face challenges head‑on, think independently, and demonstrate perseverance. Service Skill Possess deep technical expertise, leading the development of cutting‑edge system technologies in spatial imaging (including 3D reconstruction, spatial computing, spatial intelligence, etc.), and driving innovative user experiences in this field. Have a keen ability to identify and grasp technological directions, staying abreast of the latest advancements in spatial content reconstruction, generation, and intelligence, and having a clear understanding of industry technology trends. Demonstrate openness and collaboration skills, possess an international perspective, and continuously integrate with the industry. Have a high level of influence in this technical field, with preference given to candidates whose related research papers have been cited over 10,000 times and have an H-index of 50 or higher. Possess strong leadership and team‑building abilities, capable of guiding teams to break through key technical challenges, breaking down goals and plans, and collaborating with delivery teams to implement product features effectively. Work Experience Requirements Experience in spatial imaging technologies (including 3D reconstruction, spatial computing, spatial intelligence, etc.), with the ability to grasp the latest technological advancements in this field and to discern industry trends.
