Responsibilities Strategically plan medium‑to‑long‑term product development and annual roadmaps through in-depth industry research and competitor analysis, while leveraging user insights and data to define product value and competitive positioning. Design product architecture and features by drafting detailed requirement documents, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and high‑quality product launches, and contributing to key technology decisions. Drive product growth by developing and implementing operational and promotional strategies in partnership with marketing and other departments, establishing performance metrics to guide continuous optimization, and introducing innovative features. Facilitate cross‑departmental collaboration by proactively engaging with various teams to align business needs, resolve challenges, and organize meetings to ensure project progress and product‑business alignment. Enhance team performance by mentoring junior product managers, overseeing daily operations and performance evaluations, and creating personalized development plans to foster professional growth. Assist in any ad‑hoc projects. Qualifications Be familiar with the entire e‑commerce process, master skills in shopping, sales, and promotion, and have insights into industry trends. Possess data analysis skills and be proficient in using office software to support business decision‑making with data. Hold a bachelor’s degree or above, have more than 5 years of e‑commerce product management experience, and over 2 years of product team management experience. Experience in launching products from scratch on well‑known platforms is preferred. Strong product design and planning capabilities, familiar with e‑commerce technologies and development processes. Good at data analysis and proficient in using common data analysis tools, skilled in using design tools. Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills. Familiarity with the Hong Kong cross‑border transportation tourism market, extensive experience in industry operations, and preference for candidates with experience in well‑known OTA platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams. Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Manager.
