Temporary Valuation Surveyor ($53,000) - Government contract - Ref. 2666 Our Client (Government) is looking for a high‑calibre candidate to fill the following position. Qualifications: Corporate Membership in the General Practice Division of the Hong Institute of Surveyors, or equivalent. Level 4 or above in Chinese and English in HKDSE or HKCEE, or Grade D or above in Use of English and Chinese Language and Culture in HKALE, or equivalent. 1 year related working experience. Responsibilities: Value landed properties for rating, Government rent and other purposes. Manage implementation of database and system development and enhancement projects and tasks supporting valuation. Remarks: Monthly salary: HK$53,000. 5‑day work week. Government 6‑month contract.
