Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to lead our enterprise client projects from conception to launch. You will be the crucial link between our world-class development team and our enterprise clients, ensuring that our innovative blockchain solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Project Leadership: Manage the entire project lifecycle for our enterprise Web3 solutions, from initial kickoff and requirements gathering to final deployment and post-launch support. Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders. Framework Implementation: Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) to manage the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) effectively for our blockchain products. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for our enterprise BFSI clients, building strong relationships and ensuring clear, consistent communication. Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and impediments; develop and implement effective mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate regular status meetings and provide clear, concise progress reports to both technical teams and executive-level stakeholders. Quality Assurance: Work closely with the engineering and QA teams to ensure our solutions are robust, secure, and meet the client's business objectives. Budget & Resource Oversight: Track project budgets, manage resource allocation, and ensure financial objectives are met. Qualifications & Skills Must-Haves: Proven PM Experience: 0-3 years of experience as a Project Manager in a technology or software development company. SDLC Expertise: Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and hands-on experience applying project management frameworks like Agile, Scrum, or Kanban. Enterprise Client Focus: Demonstrated experience managing projects for enterprise‑level clients, preferably within the BFSI sector. Blockchain Knowledge: A strong foundational understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and the broader Web3 ecosystem. Exceptional Communicator: Excellent verbal (Cantonese and English), written, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. Leadership Skills: Natural leadership ability with a knack for motivating teams and driving projects to successful completion. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Related Major (GBUS, Finance, Business Administration), Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related fields.
