This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless customer journeys, optimizing performance advertising, and supporting the execution of high‑impact marketing events. Key Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day management of the brand's online store, with strong expertise in Magento platform administration. Ensure product listings, inventory accuracy, pricing updates, and smooth order fulfillment. Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with IT and logistics teams to maintain operational excellence. Monitor KPIs including traffic, conversion, and customer engagement, implementing improvements to maximize sales. Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid media channels. Collaborate with creative teams to deliver luxury‑aligned content that reflects the brand identity. Manage budgets, track ROI, and provide actionable insights through reporting and analytics. Explore new tools and integrations with Magento to enhance personalization and customer experience. Partner with cross‑functional teams to execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional events. Coordinate online‑to‑offline activations, ensuring digital channels amplify event visibility and sales impact. Provide operational support during key retail moments and contribute to post‑event analysis for continuous improvement. Qualifications 3–6 years in e‑commerce operations, digital marketing, and luxury/fashion retail. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Magento, Google Analytics, and e‑commerce reporting tools. Digital Marketing Skills: Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and email marketing platforms. Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into strategies. Luxury Brand Sensibility: Understanding of premium customer expectations and ability to maintain Shanghai Tang’s tone across digital touchpoints. Project Management: Skilled in coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring flawless execution. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin a plus. Adaptability: Resourceful, proactive, and innovative in navigating fast‑paced e‑commerce environments.
