Electrify your future here You’ll be bringing these values to us… Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of innovative marketing strategies and campaigns. Monitor and manage digital platforms, evaluate performance of digital marketing initiatives, and prepare insightful analytical reports to optimize future efforts. Develop engaging and visually compelling content for digital and social media channels (web, mobile, EDM, etc.) to elevate brand awareness and audience engagement. Utilize creative tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator , and other design software to craft high-impact visuals and marketing assets. Explore and integrate AI-powered tools (e.g. generative design, predictive analytics, content automation) to enhance marketing efficiency and creativity. Organize brand events and execute MINI marketing activities with flair and precision. Prepare various marketing reports and conduct regular market surveys and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions. Provide daily administrative and operational support to the marketing team. You’ll be a Great Talent, if you are/have… University graduate in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related disciplines. Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably with a luxury brand, creative agency, or digital-first company. Strong creative mindset with hands‑on experience in graphic design, illustration , and multimedia content creation. Exposure to AI tools in marketing (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, etc.) is a plus. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite. Basic knowledge of SEM, SEO, social platforms, blogs, online media marketing, programmatic media, and web analytics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive team player who is self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
