Senior Business Development Manager (Crypto Payments) - Mandarin Speaking We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects. We are hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to support client acquisition and growth for company's pioneering digital payment solutions. Key Responsibilities Build robust payments industry network and manage full sales cycle for enterprises, payment firms, and merchants. Develop targeted acquisition strategies for new merchant/corporate accounts using consultative, blockchain-savvy approach. Nurture key client relationships, resolve issues promptly, and ensure exceptional experience to drive retention. Track sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and refine strategies for existing accounts. Collaborate with Compliance, Product, Operations, and Leadership; stay ahead of digital asset/payment trends. Requirements 7+ years sales experience in banking, fintech, or blockchain payments; proven B2B revenue growth. Bachelor’s in business/finance (preferred); strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Thrives in fast-paced, innovative environments; proficient in MS Office and CRM (e.g., HubSpot).
