We are an established hospitality group with multiple successful restaurants in Hong Kong, seeking a commercially driven CRM & loyalty Marketing Manager. This role is ideal for someone with experience in loyalty marketing, CRM, or high-end hospitality who thrives on building customer relationships and driving direct revenue. Key Responsibilities Build and manage the company’s customer database/CRM system (email, WhatsApp, SMS, loyalty apps). Develop and launch a loyalty program with clear tiers, benefits, and rewards. Drive direct sales initiatives including pre-paid dining packages, VIP dining offers, and private event invitations. Manage VIP guest relations & clienteling: personalized outreach, retention, and upselling. Collaborate with Operations and Marketing teams to create revenue-focused campaigns. Track and report KPIs such as repeat guest visits, loyalty sign-ups, and direct sales revenue. Requirements 2–3 years of experience in CRM, loyalty marketing, or hospitality sales. Background in luxury lifestyle, concierge services, private clubs, or high-end F&B is highly preferred. Strong skills in direct sales, client relationship management, and retention programs. Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus). Entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
