How you will contribute: Lead a team and manage daily operations to meet production schedules and targets Assist management in developing and implementing production and quality systems Collect and analyze production data to monitor production performance and improve process Provide training and technical support to operations staff Maintain hygiene and 5S standards Identify potential risk in operations and report to the manager You will be a fit for the role if you are / have: 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in food production Independent, self-motivated, flexible with strong communication skills Team-player, willing to learn with problem-solving skills Good people management skill and communication skill Knowledge of ISO22000/HACCP and experience on ERP system The job title will be determined based on the candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, and demonstrated competencies 5-day work, shift duties are required At Hyakunousha, we pride ourselves as “one team”.
