Job Highlights IT infrastructure and shop floor POS operation support HK and Macau operations & work with APAC team Double Pay, medical benefits, staff discounts Key Responsibilities Monitor, troubleshoot, and administer IT infrastructure including server and network administration. Maintain and deploy end-points (computers, workstations, POS and other IT devices) at HK and Macau operations. Manage local IT assets, including procurement, inventory management, and license renewal activities. Liaise with external vendors and coordinate with other IT team members on IT incident resolution and project deployments. Maintain and document procedures, practices, and configurations. Handle other ad hoc assignments. Requirements Tertiary education or above in Computer Science / Information System / Information Technology or related discipline. At least 2 years of relevant experience in a technical support role. Holder of a professional certificate in Microsoft or Cisco product is an advantage. Preferably with POS experience and retail background. Customer service oriented, team oriented, positive and cheerful attitude.
