Admissions Manager

About the role Amix Global Limited is seeking an experienced Admissions and Student Recruitment Manager to join our client company in Central Central and Western District. This is a full‑time position that will play a pivotal role in driving student enrolment and supporting the growth of a prestigious International Baccalaureate (IB) school. What you'll be doing Developing and executing effective student recruitment strategies to meet enrolment targets. Managing the end‑to‑end admissions process, from initial interview and assessments to student onboarding. Building relationships with key stakeholders, including prospective students, parents, and the internal leadership team. Organising and leading education fairs, open days, and other marketing events to showcase the school. Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person; supporting families throughout the admissions journey. Collaborating with the marketing team to create compelling content and collateral for recruitment campaigns. Analysing admissions data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies. What we’re looking for Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Communications, Marketing, PR or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in student recruitment or admissions, preferably in the international education sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Strong organisational and project‑management abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies. Thorough understanding of the International Baccalaureate curriculum and admissions process in Hong Kong. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua). Able to work evenings and some weekends for events. Potential candidates may need to take a written test as required.
