Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Gymnastics Coach, based in Kowloon with the flexibility to occasionally work from home.The Gymnastics Coach will be responsible for planning and leading gymnastics and tumbling classes tailored to diverse skill levels and age groups. They will provide individual and group coaching to help students improve their techniques while fostering a safe and inclusive environment. The role also involves supporting students in developing confidence, discipline, and a positive attitude toward physical activity. Responsibilities Plan and facilitate gymnastics and tumbling classes for diverse skill levels and age groups. Deliver individual and group coaching to improve student techniques. Ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. Support student development of confidence, discipline, and a positive attitude toward physical activity. Qualifications Proficiency in Gymnastics and Tumbling with experience teaching various skill levels. Strong Coaching and Sports Coaching abilities to provide excellent instruction and guidance. Effective Communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues. Ability to create a safe and inclusive environment for students of all abilities. Relevant certifications in coaching or gymnastics are highly advantageous. First aid training or certification is a plus. Passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development.
