Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the engineering tearris effectiveness. Implement data-driven decision-making and continuously optimize processes and resource allocation. Ensure the delivery of high h-quality, reliable, and scalable engineering solutions. Requirements A relevant Bachelor's degree and extensive game industry experience. Experience of working within cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing), with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships. Strong experience in managing, leading, and coaching Software Engineering teams. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Well management skills with multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment (working within a start-up environment or a growth business is highly preferred). #J-18808-Ljbffr
