Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and business intelligence specialists to deliver high‑impact data insights and market intelligence reports. Integrate with the business units, develop a deep understanding of the landscape and the competition, contribute to product designs, optimisation and growth. Conduct in‑depth market trends and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning. Analyze user behaviour , conversion funnels , and retention patterns to recommend optimisation strategies. Design, implement, and conduct A/B testing to validate product and marketing hypotheses. Partner with Business Units, Product, Big Data, Marketing, and Finance to address growth and operational gaps through data‑driven decision‑making . Develop and maintain BI dashboards and data visualization tools to communicate trends and insights effectively. Oversee the data analytics lifecycle, ensuring data accuracy, governance, and actionable insights delivery. Drive adoption of advanced analytics methods including predictive analytics , quantitative analysis , and statistical modelling . Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science , Statistics , Economics , Business Analytics , or related field. 10+ years of experience in data analytics , business intelligence , or data science , with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in the crypto , fintech, or e‑commerce sectors. Strong proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker). Hands‑on experience with AB testing , product optimisation, user acquisition, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) . Demonstrated expertise in market intelligence and user insights for business growth. Exceptional communication skills and ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of machine learning techniques and applications in the crypto/fintech sector. Familiarity with blockchain analytics tools and crypto market data platforms.
