Perform a broad range of ultrasound examinations, including general, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging. Carry out Doppler studies as clinically indicated (e.g., carotid, deep vein thrombosis (DVT), and arterial/venous assessments). Ensure optimal image quality by selecting appropriate transducers, adjusting gain and other settings, and positioning patients correctly. Perform routine maintenance of ultrasound equipment, including daily calibration, probe disinfection, and promptly reporting technical issues. Accurately record and upload findings into the PACS/RIS system and prepare comprehensive examination reports. Adhere strictly to infection control standards, Hong Kong regulatory requirements, and departmental policies and procedures. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Radiography or Medical Ultrasound from a program recognized by the Hong Kong Radiographers Board. Must hold valid registration with the Hong Kong Radiographers Board (Part I or Part II). Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification, hands‑on clinical experience in ultrasound, preferably within a hospital or outpatient clinic setting. Familiarity with major ultrasound platforms (e.g., GE, Philips, Canon, or Siemens) is highly desirable. Fluent in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients of diverse backgrounds.
