Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting as Level 1 support for Hong Kong customers.
  • Implement projects, perform testing, install and configure equipment, contain and execute changes, prepare documentation, and provide maintenance support for customers' infrastructure and systems.

Requirements:

  • High Diploma holder in Computer Studies, Information Services, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a technical support role; experience in large corporate industries or multinational companies is preferred.
  • Good understanding of network, Microsoft technologies, and cloud server environments.
  • Experience in writing IT documentation is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with foreign vendor liaison experience.
  • A proactive problem solver with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Willing to work shifts, including public holidays.
