IT Manager

IT Manager Our client is a lifestyle bedding company with 20+ retail stores in Hong Kong. In order to provide our customers with the ultimate sleep experience, they introduce new and high-quality bedding products from all over the world. Now, they are recruiting one IT Manager to join our team: Job Duties for IT Manager Recruiting: Report to IT Director, and lead some IT officers as one IT Team, to analyze and understand existing software, and document the state of configuration; Manage and monitor home-grown application/system aiming to maintain and enhance the company’s effectiveness and efficiency; Proven ability to quickly understand requirements and concerns and prioritize workload effectively; Assist technical teams with change management and technical skills; Write design specifications and estimates for programs, based on requirements. Liaise with vendors and internal users for managing project schedules, work plans, budgeting, and expenditures; Perform IT application development, system and user testing, implementation, debugging, and maintenance; Prepare IT system documentation and online tutorials for user training; Participate in decision-making to optimize and improve technology management; Provide IT technical support for ongoing operations and service enhancement; Assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information technology, or related disciplines; As a Manager level, 5-8 years of relevant working experience in IT application development, support, and project management; Strong leadership, analytical and organizational skills; Sound knowledge and exposure to applications of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), API design and its support; Knowledge of web hosting and languages & web development frameworks, e.g. JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JQuery, JSON, Laravel, PHP, MVC; Knowledge of database management platforms and business intelligence solutions preferred, e.g. MS-SQL, MySQL, MS-Power BI, etc.; Sound knowledge in Node.js / React / Composer / NoSQL / PWA; Knowledge of Linux (Red Hat) will be an advantage; Familiar with Bitbucket / Github, JIRA is a plus; Immediate availability is highly preferred Benefits and Offers: Five days workweek Attractive remuneration package Double pay, medical and dental scheme Birthday leave, marriage leave, compassionate leave, maternity leave and paternity leave Staff purchase discounts Excellent career development opportunities If you are interested and qualified, please send full resume including current salary, expected salary and availability to Please call us at for any recruiting inquiries.
