Clubhouse Playroom / Family playground / Park Attendant (Up to 2 months bonus) Our client is seeking a Clubhouse Playroom / Family playground / Children Play Park Attendant to join their team What you'll be doing? Manage Reservations: Handle Members’ reservation and registration related to children’s facilities usage and ancillary services. Guest Services: Oversee check-in and check-out of Members using the children’s play areas. Safety Assurance: Carry out on-the-spot services to maintain a safe play environment and ensure children’s safety is prioritized. Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks, such as answering incoming calls and members’ enquiries, and handle office administration of attendance and internal documents. Promotional Activities: Help in verbal promotion of various programs, facilities, and services of the Clubhouse. Support Other Outlets: Assist at other Recreation outlets, such as sports’ facilities, as and when assigned by senior. Who are they looking for? Experience: A minimum of 1 year’s experience in customer services or relevant fields. Language Skills: Able to communicate in Chinese and simple English, essential for effective communication with Members and guests. Personal Traits: Trustworthy, dependable, responsible, and accountable, with a proactive and highly motivated attitude. Customer Focus: Customer centric, sociable, and people-oriented, with good business acumen. Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
