We are seeking a Senior System Administrator / Assistant IT Infrastructure Manager to join our Infrastructure Team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong hands‑on experience in IT operations and infrastructure management, particularly within Microsoft environments and cloud platforms . Candidates with proven management skills may be considered for the Assistant IT Infrastructure Manager position. Key Responsibilities Design, enhance, and maintain infrastructure architecture to ensure scalability and sustainable growth. Perform routine maintenance, setup, and configuration of Wintel and Linux environments , both on‑premises and cloud‑based, to support high‑availability operations. Manage and support infrastructure components including VMs, Windows, Linux, SAN storage, databases, routers, firewalls, switches, load balancers, HSM, VPN, UPS, and Anti‑Virus systems . Develop and maintain documentation covering infrastructure standards, processes, policies, and IT support guidelines. Assist the IT Team Head in overseeing the IT infrastructure and operations teams in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Administer centralized asset management systems to track lifecycle statuses of PCs, notebooks, tablets, and PDAs, including activation, configuration, replacement, and decommissioning. Collaborate with the development team to design and maintain a resilient and high‑performance infrastructure environment . Provide troubleshooting support, analyze system logs, and identify potential IT and networking issues. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines . Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior System Administrator. Candidates with management experience may be considered for the Assistant IT Infrastructure Manager role. With less work experience but strong learning ability and a determination to grow in this field, we will also consider hiring for the position of System Administrator. Detail‑oriented, well‑organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight schedules. Regular travel to Mainland China as required. Experience in the retail industry is an advantage. Professional certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, Azure, or AWS are highly desirable. Strong communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English. A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
