ScanSkinAI – AI-powered skin & wound screening and documentation Ivy AI Oral Check-ups – AI oral screening and health reports The Role Drive partnership growth and revenue in Hong Kong , with a primary focus on insurance companies, employee benefits providers, and brokers .You’ll build and close a pipeline of channel partners, enterprise collaborations, and system integrations , managing the full cycle from outreach to signed agreements.Work across preventive health use cases—skin, wound, and oral screening to expand Ivy AI’s reach into group medical, wellness, and insurance ecosystems. Key Responsibilities Build, prioritise, and advance a qualified partner pipeline across insurers, TPAs, brokers, benefits platforms, and distributors. Prospect and book meetings with decision-makers in insurance, wellness, and health distribution . Deliver clear product demos and clinical walk-throughs ; handle objections and tailor value propositions to payer-driven outcomes. Draft proposals, MSAs, and partnership agreements ; shape pricing and revenue-share models that win. Forecast and report progress weekly; deliver monthly and quarterly growth targets. Map multi-stakeholder buying groups across clinical, operations, actuarial, and finance functions. Represent Ivy AI at industry and insurance events ; bring back market insights to guide product and marketing. Requirements (Must-Haves) 3–7 years in B2B sales or business development (health insurance, med-tech, digital health, SaaS, or enterprise services). Proven record of partnership acquisition and negotiation within Hong Kong’s insurance or healthcare ecosystem. Excellent English communication ; Cantonese proficiency strongly preferred. Strong CRM discipline (pipeline hygiene, forecasting) and ownership mindset. Hands-on, target-driven, and execution-focused , comfortable in an early-stage startup. Nice to Have Experience with insurers, TPAs, employee benefits providers, brokers, or wellness platforms . Familiarity with claim data integration, EMR/EHR workflows, or FHIR/HL7 standards . Existing network within insurance distribution, HR benefits, or group medical schemes . Exposure to care homes, private hospitals, or corporate health programs a plus.
