Technical Solutions Manager（Shenzhen Based)

Technical Solutions Manager (Shenzhen Based) This role focuses on the implementation of technical solutions and customer success, with core responsibilities including leading the end-to-end process of customer IT system integration and go-live, building a technical communication bridge between customers and internal teams, and supporting the efficient advancement of business and achievement of commercial goals. Responsibilities Pre-engagement Customer Alignment & Requirement Capture: Lead pre‑cooperation meetings with clients to deeply understand their IT integration systems and business processes, accurately capture and document requirements, and minimize potential implementation risks from the source. Project Implementation & Service Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of customer IT integration projects and coordinate post‑launch daily service delivery; conduct regular client health checks and service reviews to ensure stable service quality. Customer Relationship Maintenance & Value Mining: Maintain in-depth client relationships, proactively collect feedback and resolve issues; fully understand the business service system, actively identify opportunities for service optimization and commercial improvement, and drive the upgrade of client partnerships. Cross‑departmental Collaboration & Support: Collaborate with IT Projects/Change/Development teams to support the delivery of IS change portfolios and drive continuous improvement; work with IT Services teams to ensure smooth daily service delivery to clients, and align with Product & Proposition teams to achieve required configurations. Data Governance & Issue Resolution: Develop and implement data quality governance processes to monitor the quality of data exchange with clients; respond to and resolve client technical issues in a timely manner, balancing client needs and business interests. Reporting & Communication Management: Accurately collect, analyze client‑related data and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and produce professional reports; ensure professional and efficient client communication to maintain a high‑quality service image, and regularly track and report on clients' performance in the IT field. Requirements Education & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above, proficient in written and spoken English (business communication level); basic data analysis ability (mathematical foundation for SLA/data reporting). Full driving license (for on‑site client support). Lean qualifications are advantageous. Knowledge & Experience Proven track record in solution engineering within the e-commerce industry. Strong problem‑solving ability and self‑motivation. Experience in key account relationship management, meeting multi‑task deadlines, and collaborating across internal teams. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. High sense of accountability, clear communication skills, and ability to interact and report effectively with personnel at all levels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, with strong customer focus and commercial awareness. Ability to adapt communication style based on the audience, and skill in constructing sound arguments to drive change and new ways of working.
