Lead and collaborate with stakeholders to analyse requirements and propose solutions to mitigate risk. Oversee the design and validation of solutions with comprehensive business specifications and use cases. Establish and uphold communications with key stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive updates on project status, risks, and issues. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation and the adoption of best practices. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards and the latest market landscape. Drive strategic and service improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Ensure that project milestones and deliverables are met within the established timelines and budget constraints. Job Requirements:University Degree, preferably in business administration, finance, or a related field. At least 12 years of relevant working experience in a well-established financial organization. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a business analyst, project manager, or in a similar capacity. In-depth knowledge of CCASS or the cash equity market in Hong Kong or overseas markets is highly preferred. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
