Key Account Manager (Government/Public Sector) This role is crucial for driving Huawei's success in the Government Sector. The Government Account Manager will focus on enhancing client relationship management and developing strategic accounts, ensuring that our solutions meet the unique needs of government clients while fostering long-term partnerships. Responsibilities Develop Key Accounts: Cultivate relationships with key vertical market customers in the Government or public sector. Customer Relationship Management: Oversee all strategic and operational activities related to customer relationships, ensuring alignment with corporate goals. Requirements Coordination: Identify customer needs and collaborate with Technical Sales to facilitate the seamless implementation of product solutions. Sales Enablement: Prepare guidelines for vertical market sales, create solution white papers, and support R&D, integration, and packaging of solutions. Strategic Relationships: Establish and maintain sustainable, strategic relationships between Huawei and key vertical market customers. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in business management, computer sciences, computer engineering or related disciplines. 5+ years of Enterprise B2B sales/account management experience in the Public Sector or government-related institutes. Work experience in partnering with government bureaus or related parties is a strong plus. Proven track record in sales and identifying new business opportunities with clients. In-depth understanding of vertical market and key account sales practices (Government sector), experience in participating in government tendering would be an advantage. Strong customer relationship management abilities, with proven achievements in fostering client relationships. Good situational awareness and teamwork spirit; willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Leadership: Potential leadership abilities are essential, with a preference for candidates who have led successful teams. Technical Background: Preferred but not mandatory in knowing data infrastructure, storage, AI, Cloud, or related ICT solution. Fluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese. #J-18808-Ljbffr
