A typical day in the Role: Design, develop, and maintain robust and sustainable online platform and integration with omni-channels and backend systems. Translate business requirements into clear, agile and scalable functionality, technical specifications and system design. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document support requests, enhancement needs. Ensure data security and integrity, and data flow adhering to enterprise standard and industry best practices. Optimize and troubleshoot backend systems to ensure high performance and availability. Conduct System Integration Test (SIT), coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to cover various scenarios with business stakeholders. Manage outsource vendors and developers and collaborate with other team members to ensure on-time project deliverables and seamless integration. This job is a good fit for You if: You are a EXPERT . Success will depend on: Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in application analysis, application design, application development and implementation. Experience in retail application and FMCG industry is an advantage. Strong understanding of backend development principles and methodologies. Familiarity with relational databases (MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle) a plus. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) a plus. Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
