Duty Engineer

Lead technical staff to carry out operation, maintenance and works for building services systems in an efficient reliable and safe manner ensuring that the required quality standards are achieved. Provide technical support inside and other departments with respect to building services systems including tenant fitting out, reinstatement, minor alteration and modification works and give technical advices. Carry out regular audit of conditions of existing building services systems and recommend and implement works to ensure that the required performance and quality standards are achieved. Assist to perform regular review and give recommendation of maintenance procedures to ensure that systems are being effectively maintained with optimum resource. Support Manager to arrangement procurement, manage contracts and projects/works and activities and issues. Assist to compile and manage budget. Handle technical issues and works. Requirements Minimum 5 years' building services and maintenance experience in property management or property developer. Degree holder in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred. Strong sense of responsibility. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
