Responsibilities Provide IT help desk support for hardware, software, OS, and related applications. Manage IT inventory, including software, hardware, and stock reporting. Assist with employee onboarding/offboarding, including IT briefings. Maintain and update IT documentation as needed. Support IT infrastructure, including server rooms, meeting room equipment, and network devices. Coordinate IT service requests and incidents with overseas IT teams. Set up and maintain external employee IT accounts. Troubleshoot Windows/MacOS software issues and recommend solutions. Integrate and configure devices such as printers, scanners, and digital tablets. Provide basic networking support, including TCP/IP, switching, routing, DNS, and wireless. Configure and manage Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and group policies. Support network infrastructure, including VPN, VLAN, LAN/WAN technologies, and OSI model. Utilize diagnostic tools (e.g., traceroute, ping) for network troubleshooting. Handle additional IT maintenance tasks as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience in IT support and infrastructure management. Strong knowledge of Windows/MacOS environments and troubleshooting. Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, DNS, VPN, etc.). Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and group policies. Ability to integrate and configure hardware devices with Windows systems. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Permanent Hong Kong Resident is preferred.
