The ideal candidate demonstrates refined aesthetics, strong creative leadership, and a profound understanding of contemporary French luxury culture. Reports to: Chief Operating Officer Responsibilities Has a strong sense of creativity and can develop and oversee the artistic vision and creative direction for all contents and ensures visual consistency and brand integrity to cultivate a strong sense of luxury and French elegance in our brand aesthetic. Conceptualize and create original content, including reels, short‑form videos, photo edits, motion clips, slogans, graphics, and website copy. Execute daily posting, scheduling, and engagement across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and Xiaohong Shu. Collaborate with content, marketing, and other team members to develop compelling multimedia content for various channels, including social media accounts, email campaigns, and websites. Utilize creative or AI‑based tools (e.g., Midjourney, Cap Cut) to enhance ideation, content generation, and design workflows. Work with creative/design teams to ensure visuals and copy align with our brand identity and seasonal storytelling. Grow our brand presence, followers, and engagement. Manage website updates, email campaigns (EDMs), and blog posts using performance‑driven insights. Support the planning, scheduling, and timely delivery of digital content across all platforms. Outstanding leadership skills and at the same time being a great team player with the ability to foster collaboration, inspire creativity, establish a vision and motivate team to achieve strategic business goals. Assist in maintaining and updating digital assets and content management systems. Experience in Luxury industry is benefits. General Requirements Degree or diploma in Communication Design, Multimedia Design, or related fields. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in copywriting, digital marketing, or the social media industry is preferred. Strong proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro X, Cap Cut, Canva, and Figma. Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, both written and spoken. A monthly salary ranging from 18,000 to 25,000, depending on experience. Candidates who demonstrated strong performance will be considered for promotions and salary increment.
