Responsibilities Prepare monthly company outlook with line of business forecast Support the outlook process by coordinating with different stakeholders Prepare regular performance reports for senior management Perform sales and financial analysis to support business performance management activity Support financial plan through data analysis, consolidation and go-to-market plan Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned Qualifications Degree holder, preferably in Business Management, Finance or other related disciplines 1 - 2 years' experience in Business, Financial Planning and Analysis Strong PC skills (emphasis on MS Excel, Pivot Table based analysis, PowerPoint) Business acumen, data sensitivity, attention to details Self-motivated, adaptable, good interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task and work independently Good command of written and spoken English Immediately available is highly preferred Securities Responsibilities Ensure compliance with FUJIFILM Business Innovation Information Security Rule, Policies and procedures at all time. Responsible for maintaining security of all FUJIFILM Business Innovation information entrusted to and not limiting to proper classification & handling of FUJIFILM Business Innovation documents and records. Complete Information Security training and awareness program on regular basis and possess enough knowledge to adhere to FUJIFILM Business Innovation Information Security requirements. Responsible for identifying, reporting and complying with Information Security Incident & Reporting Procedure. Failing to comply with the security policies could be subject to disciplinary action, potentially including termination of employment or contract and/or prosecution.
