Volunteer: Social Media Graphic Designer PMI Music Foundation (PMF) is a charitable organization established in 2003 dedicated to bringing hope, healing, joy, and inspiration through music to underserved communities in Hong Kong. Having organized over 160 events, PMF serves various beneficiaries including children and elderly with disabilities or social challenges. To further enhance its outreach and public engagement, PMF seeks a marketing volunteer to support the foundation’s promotional efforts by creating compelling social media post wordings, designs, and event poster graphics that effectively communicate PMF’s mission and activities to a wider audience. What We Need Join a briefing call to understand the project objectives and details Design event posters and related graphic materials such as leaflet, backdrop, ticket, etc. We estimate around 2 events during this period Regular catchup on updates and progress What We Have The volunteer will receive access to PMF’s guidelines, event information, and previous marketing materials to ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity. Support will include collaboration with the marketing and events team, who will provide clear objectives, key messages, and feedback to guide content creation. Tools such as Canva, AI, are encouraged, and any design templates previously developed by PMF will be shared to help the volunteer get started efficiently. Orientation sessions and ongoing communication channels will be established to assist with any questions or clarifications during the project. There will be a volunteer certificate with the hours shown on TimeAuction after completion. Why this is important By creating visually engaging promotional materials, this project will amplify awareness of PMF’s events and campaigns, thereby attracting greater community involvement, support, and funding. Effective communication through well-crafted and eye-catching designs will help build a stronger brand identity, increase audience engagement across platforms, and ultimately expand PMF’s impact in reaching vulnerable groups through music education and performances.
