Overview Our client is seeking a strategic Regional Sales & Marketing Director to lead the APAC growth. You will drive revenue, market share, and brand dominance across mobile/PC/console gaming markets. This role combines data-driven sales leadership with performance marketing expertise to scale user acquisition, monetization, and partner ecosystems. Key Responsibilities Own APAC P&L, achieving quarterly sales targets across key markets. Forge partnerships with publishers, platforms (Apple/Google/Steam), telcos, and IP holders to boost distribution. Lead pricing/packaging strategies for localized monetization (subscriptions, in-app purchases, ads). Oversee 360° campaigns (performance, influencer, CRM, esports) to optimize CAC and LTV. Localize messaging for cultural relevance. Leverage data to refine UA strategies and retention loops. Manage high-performing teams (sales, marketing, analytics) for APAC markets. Align with studios on product roadmaps using market insights (genre trends, competitor analysis). Mentor talent in growth hacking and agile execution. Requirements Bachelor degree with 10+ years in gaming sales/marketing, with 7+ years in APAC leadership . Gaming experience is a MUST. Large team management experience is a MUST. Fluency in English + 1 Asia language (Chinese/Japanese preferred). Open for relocate to Hong Kong.
