This role leads end‑to‑end process optimization, aligning operational workflows with Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities. You will collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Production, Supply Chain, IT and external consultants to deliver efficient, scalable processes. Key Responsibilities Process Mapping & Analysis: Document current business processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. Future‑State Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to design optimized processes aligned with D365 capabilities. Requirements Gathering: Work with business units to capture functional requirements and translate them into system specifications. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Liaise with Sales, Production, Supply Chain, IT, and external consultants to ensure end‑to‑end process coverage. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field. 35 years of experience in process improvement or ERP‑related roles. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations or Business Central). Strong analytical and documentation skills (e.g., process flows, SOPs). Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Fluent in English and Cantonese. Added advantages Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
