Add expected salary to your profile for insights As a participating company in “Greater Bay Area Youth Employment Scheme” (GBAYES) organized by HKSAR Government, Chong Hing Bank is looking for young talents who would like to pursue their career in selected stream through joining this Scheme as Trainee (Greater Bay Area) (“Trainee”) with on-the-job training and working experience gained in the Mainland cities of Greater Bay Areas. Within the 18-month program, the Trainee will undergo function specific training with exposure and experience gained in the assigned GBA Mainland cities for at least 12 months in accordance with the Scheme requirements. Upon successful completion of the 18-month program (subject to post-program evaluation), the Trainee will be offered relevant role within the designated Division for ongoing development and contribution to the Bank. The Trainee will gain valuable exposure not only in the field but also attachment to GBA Mainland cities, enabling the Trainee to acquire professional knowledge and experience for being prepared to take up challenge in the exciting banking industry.
