Responsibilities: Prepare marketing materials (e.g., project teasers, pitch books, and pipeline lists) to support client engagement and deal origination efforts. Participate in key deal processes including investor roadshows, order book management, pricing deliberations, and end-to-end transaction coordination. Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to oversee the full lifecycle of deal execution, ensuring seamless alignment across all stages. Cultivate and nurture relationships with issuers, industry peers, and key stakeholders to source and secure high-quality deal opportunities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience in capital markets is preferred (e.g., investment banking, securities, or corporate finance). Proficiency in essential tools including Bloomberg Terminal, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Excellent bilingual communication and interpersonal skills (written and spoken Chinese and English), with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proactive, self-driven work attitude with strong initiative and a results‑oriented mindset.
