Job Description Summary The incumbent will take on an active role in the overall management of the projects and serve as a single point of contact in co‑ordination with and consultation with the Customer’s Representative. Key Job Accountabilities Overall management and coordination of the product roadmap and development. Serve as a single point of contact in coordination with and consultation with all stakeholders. Support tendering works and product promotion activities. Communicate at all levels with the project/management team and R&D team to resolve project and product issues. Arrange for, coordinate and document project progress meetings and system change management meetings. Manage product configuration and change management. Take stock and track documentation, hardware and software supplied for the delivery of systems and services. Manage project risks. Required Qualifications & Experience Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology. Working experience in product development or project implementation. Good command of English (Conversational, Written and Reading). Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Understand Cyber Security and best practices. Contract / Commercial Law courses will be an added advantage. Experience in implementing fare collection system, mobility payment solutions or similar systems will be highly encouraged.
